The guests at the conference can stay at the Fosshotel Reykjavik were the conference will take place. Rooms have been pre-booked for participants at a fixed rate.

- Single room 35.050 Icelandic kr. per night - valid from August 27th till August 31st.
- Double room: 37.088 Icelandic kr. per night - valid from August 27th till August 31st.

- Release of rooms will be on July 17th or 6 weeks prior to the event 2019. After that reservations are on request and rates may have changed.
- Cancellation policy for the individual delegates are 100% charge if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, 50% if cancelled 3-7 days prior, but free of charge when cancelled with minimum 8 days advance.
- Reservations need to be guaranteed with CC number.
